Bagots Hutton

  28 South William Street, D2      (+353)(0)1 534 3956     more than a year ago
Bagots Hutton was established in Dublin in 1829 and though it sadly closed in the 1980s, it has now reopened as a fine example of the fusion between classical and modern tastes. With 30 years of experience in the service industry, Giovanni Viscardi and Brian Deery have created a lovely restaurant and wine bar that focuses on good food and wines in an atmospheric setting. The food is very much dominated by European-influenced antipasti dishes - bruschetta, Parma ham, charcuterie, smoked salmon, salads and caprese - perfectly matching the wines on offer and creating that special social aura associated with sharing good food and good wine in good company.
