Presumably named after the cabbage dish, not the more famous hotel, this reasonably central battered communist legacy is a grim establishment offering little in the way of comfort or spoken English. The rooms haven't seen much in the way of renovation and the facilities are non-existent, but for the price there's not much to complain about really.
