Back to The Shortmarket Club
Chef Tyron Gentry is now at the helm of The Shortmarket Club in Rosebank. Gentry is no stranger to the Luke Dale Roberts’ collection; he started his professional career at The Test Kitchen before heading to Nice in France to work in the Michelin-starred kitchens of JAN. After heading up the Test Kitchen Carbon in Johannesburg he took a year off to pursue other ventures, but is now back and ready to impress with some new additions to the modern upmarket menu. We look forward to what he has to offer.
