In order to preserve the tradition that their grandparents had left as a legacy, Zia Peppina is a small artisan workshop where the production of sweets is carried out manually while using excellent raw materials and not semi-finished products. To name a few of the traditional sweets: pabasine di sapa made with raisins and sapa which smell and taste of autumn, contain no eggs nor fat. The fresh cinnamon cloves and dried orange peel enhance the taste while remaining soft for longer. Gueffos are another Sardinian sweet delicacy, small round balls made out of almonds, sugar, orange flower water and fresh lemon zest. Spoil yourself and indulge in these exquisite traditional sweets!
