Built in the 1860s and functioning as a working railway station all the way up until 1966, Green Park Station was revived in the 1980s as a charming spot for local businesses to ply their wares, a community market for all sorts of goods. The market covers everything from food and drink to second hand clothing and more, but maybe more importantly it provides a curious look into the everyday lives of the good people of Bath. There is a real independent streak to it all. A full history of the station can also be found in the foyer.
