Everything from the very long ago to the right now, the Bristol Museum & Art Gallery is arguably the city’s most ambitious house of culture. It seems almost unfair to have billions of years of Earth’s history explained to you absolutely free of charge, but we aren’t about to pass up on the opportunity and neither should you. The museum is spread over three floors and covers archeology, geology, art, sociology and pretty much anything else that ends in -ology. Closed on Mondays.
