Oh how we love ourselves a market. Cardiff’s premier trading spot is found in the Castle Quarter, and its current form as a busy place of buying and selling is a far cry from its original purpose. We won’t go into that, but let’s just say the St. Mary Street entrance used to see quite a few people hanging around, so to speak. The indoor market houses everything from fresh food to household items, and is a great place to browse with a few pounds in your pocket.
