One of the finest restaurants in Copenhagen is Geranium, which ranked 19th on the list of world's best restaurants in 2019, and is run by the world's best chef of 2011, Rasmus Kofoed. It's located on on the 8th floor overlooking the Fælledparken in Østerbro.  The restaurant is extremely posh, and booking is obligatory with the deposit of 750DKK per person.
