The bus station is on the crossroads just east of the Old Town heading towards Split, Rijeka and Zagreb, and it’s a real hub with everything you need, including exchange offices, left luggage and ATMs. Coach travel is the cheapest and quickest option for those looking to explore the region on a shoestring.
