The Zone @ Rosebank

  177 Oxford Rd, Rosebank ,   Rosebank & The Parks          +27 11 537 3800     more than a year ago
With a Gautrain Station on its doorstep, Rosebank and its cluster of indoor and outdoor mall spaces is a popular weekend destination, especially with younger crowds, offering an African market, a choice of local fashion and international fashion labels, supermarkets and restaurants.

The Zone@Rosebank sits between Rosebank Mall and the Gautrain station and spreads out through a series of interlinked pedestrianised pathways lined by restaurants, cafes and shops. This is where young, fashion-forward people like to shop. For local fashion and novelties The Space, Big Blue and Sowearto are good stops while fans of major sports brands can find all the big labels like Nike, Puma and Lacoste. Also look out for local catwalk fashion designer Thula Sindi's glittering boutique opposite the M.A.C. cosmetics store with catwalk-styled store assistants.

Upstairs is a kids entertainment zone, The Fun Company, with a bowling alley and arcade games, a Ster Kinekor cinema multiplex, a gym and a food court.

For coffee take your pick from the excellent Father Coffee or the trusty Starbucks. There's an abundance of major fast food chains including Debonairs pizza, Nandos, Rocomamas, Anat, Kauai, Steers, Chicken Licken, KFC and McDonalds, while for a proper sitdown meal or just a quick drink with friends Mythos, Modern Tailors, News Cafe and the Tashas bistro all have great terraces for soaking up a warm evening.
