A Vietnamese chef in a French restaurant that has no French characteristics other than the extensive menu of various cuts smothered in appropriately rich sauces, some pasta dishes (home made fish ravioli with mange tout and lobster sauce), snails and some Asian specials. Gourmet menus also available. Linen table clothes and a divided room improve the atmosphere.
