We do love the idea of a ‘Beef Republic’. Timberjacks is right up our alley, an alley that contains slabs of beef, pictures of wolves, gruff voices and woodworking. Sure, that alley sounds a little intimidating but don’t be afraid, Timberjacks is a great place to fill up in the city. The steaks are some of the best around and the staff are all sorts of accommodating, with plenty of live music and booze on hand to accentuate it all. A Ron Swanson sort of restaurant, if you will.
