Suppa Summarum clearly takes its claim as Leipzig’s first soup bar very seriously. Menu offers 7 varieties, plus a ‘surprise soup’. The one-room restaurant is charming and comfortable, which is important because the all-you-can eat buffet for €8.50 (Wednesdays for €6.80 starting at 18:00) is hard to resist. Specialty coffees and teas a plus, as are the €3.20 cocktails every Saturday from 17:00.
