Anyone can make a pizza, but over at Antica they go the extra mile and import many of their ingredients from Naples. They also take great care in the dough preparation and patiently let it rise for up to 48 hours. Once the toppings of meats and cheeses (many with the Italian DOP certification) go on, they are fantastically tasty! Antica recently entered their specially designed Neapolitan pizza into a competition where it won the title of ‘Best Pizza in Croatia’. The lounge bar is stylish and comfortable, and if you don’t have time to eat, we recommend popping in for a specialty coffee which is freshly roasted right here in Slovenia.
