Ski Javornik is just the ticket when you want to hit the slopes without travelling too far. Located just a five minute drive from the town of Črni Vrh, or around one hour from Ljubljana, Javornik has everything you require for a few hours of snow-fun. The slopes have been in operation since the 1990’s and constantly upgraded to offer runs suitable for beginners and the more advanced skier. Two ski lifts will take you up to an altitude of 800-1220 metres, lessons are also available and children are welcome to join in the fun. Look out for their ski courses, Christmas and slalom events. During the summer season the park doubles as a bike park so you can still get your hit of adrenaline sports.
