Aka the Biljana Springs and located at the popular attraction of the same name, we came here for the legendary trout čiorba (sour soup) for breakfast, an unusual choice you might be thinking but it actually works, and it’s also one of the best fish soups we’ve ever tasted. Surplus to the soup is a range of fine Macedonian and international dishes served either inside their antique-looking restaurant or on their massive terrace next to the running water. The outside space features lots of things to keep the kids amused, including a renovated wooden boat constructed in Ohrid about 80 years ago.
