Getting There

To reach the monastery, which is about 10km from the Market Square, take any westbound bus except number 100 from the Salwator tram roundabout (G/H-3, ul. Tadeusza Kościuszki 88) to the bottom of Srebrna Góra; it’s then a 200 metre walk up the hill to the sanctuary. Or take bus 134 from Cracovia Hotel (H-3, Al. Focha 1) to the Zoo (ul. Kasy Oszczędności Miasta Krakowa 14) and from there follow the red hiking trail to the left, about a 20 minute walk to the monastery; take the red trail to the right of the zoo and you’ll end up at Piłsudski Mound.
