A lovely villa beside the Orthodox Church, the long-established Vila Bektashi, also known as Çoçja, has a pleasant downstairs bar and leafy garden terrace where the walls have been constructed in traditional Shkodra style, using rounded rocks from mountain streams. Upstairs, the bright dining area provides access to more breezy outside seating. The menu lists Italian pizza and pasta dishes, fresh fish from the lake and the sea, a surprisingly tasty lemon soup, international wines, Birra Korça and raki.
