The world needs more excellent breakfast joints, so it shouldn’t be a shock to hear that we are all in on Salo. Excellent is an understatement, but what else would you expect from a wildly influential confectioner (Petra Jelenić) and a tremendous chef (Tvrtko Šakota).The bread is out of this world, and Salo isn’t afraid to try different things with the most every day of ingredients. This special place is only open from Wednesday to Saturday, so don’t miss out.
