To get started you need to download a free e-scooter app to your smartphone, and the services that are most useful at the moment appear to be Tier, Bolt and Lime (also available through the Uber app). If you don't already have one of these apps on your phone, the prices are service range are very comparable. Bolt is probably the best across Europe, includes electric bikes and also works for car transport; Tier, meanwhile, has the most scooters in Kraków at the moment, making them the best for quickly finding a vehicle.
