Created out of a passion for good food and the desire to share it with those willing to take a chance, 1911 have embellished their 19th-century location and interior with numerous modern features, an attitude that is also reflected in the dishes that proudly make their way to the table. Each and every item on the menu is created using the freshest, seasonal ingredients, and is stylishly assembled to maximise its impact on all of the senses. While the breakfast end of the menu is fortified by French and other western sensibilities, elsewhere you can find modern takes in traditional Polish cuisine, which includes seafood and your typical catches from local Baltic waters! As for desserts, we get a bit of that Italian flair that is characteristic of Sopot, but in 1911's own unique way. Locate just around the corner from Plac Przyjaciół Sopotu (the main square at the bottom of Monciak), this restaurant rests in a pleasant goldilock's zone that is not too touristy and just peaceful enough for a refined meal to remember. Highly recommended.
