Fresh sushi can be pricey in Amsterdam, but not here. Although the owners are Dutch-born Chinese and Vietnamese, they do a good job serving fresh Japanese food on Spaarndammerstraat. Warm meals like Teppanyaki beef are also available as well vegetarian sushi like pumpkin, radish and avocado hosomaki, but our favourite dish was the salmon salad with seaweed and fresh sesame dressing.
