Once the sun goes down this city transforms from a quaint tourist destination to a completely different animal, one with limbs protruding in all directions offering everything from Balkan party bonanzas to more modern craft beer affairs, via cocktail parties, wine tasters, standard bars and all the rest. If all else fails, just pick up a beer or two from the shop and sit in front of that most-magical bridge, there really is no better way to watch the sun come up.
