Located on the ground floor of the marvellous Armerun Hotel, Buta is just about as idyllic as dining in Šibenik gets. The dishes are a triumph, marvellous Mediterranean classics given new life with local flavours, while the terrace is a dream spot for a romantic dinner. Or breakfast, brunch, lunch, whatever; there is never a bad time to stop here for something to eat. The interior is exquisite. Five stars, two thumbs, and all the rest.
