Nestled amongst the capital's soaring skyscrapers, this open-air rooftop lounge above (and belonging to) the popular NYX Hotel features stylish furnishings, classy cocktails to match the scenery, plus occasional live music and DJs. The drinks, it has to be said, are top-tier, with good liquors that you won't find in your basic downtown bar. Plus, they really lean into the open-air-life-is-good summer vibes with cocktails named "Ocean Side" "Bubbles" and "Spritz."
It's perfectly legal to get this high; in fact, you don't even need to be a guest of the hip NYX Hotel to lose your head in the clouds. Note that the opening hours are somewhat dependent on the weather. Expect it to be open once the clouds part in late April.
