Rubinstein

Rubinstein is in the heart of the Jewish quarter, just across the way from Kraków’s historic Remuh Jewish Cemetery, and next door to the house in which its namesake - cosmetics queen Helena Rubinstein - was born. With a huge outdoor seating area - and a fantastic seasonal rooftop terrace overlooking ulica Szeroka - you’re unlikely to ever have any trouble finding a spot and the service is attentive to say the least.

Perhaps because the restaurant’s hotel includes a full bar, the drink menu is probably twice as big as that of food, but offers quite an array of international, Polish and Jewish dishes, with the house specialty being duck with spinach in black currant sauce. From 07:00 to 11:00 each morning they offer an American/English style breakfast with a buffet option.
